Exchange Policy

All sales at BK Curated are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we're happy to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopnanibreeze@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us at shopnanibreeze@gmail.com before sending any items back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Sale items, candles, bath & body products, and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
