Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 are subject to shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or high-volume periods.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at shopnanibreeze@gmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
